The solution CAP.Transport&Logistics 2012.310 based on Microsoft Dynamics 2012 R3, CU8 has been available since April 2015. The latest release brings along some additional functionalities. The most important new features and improvements have taken place in the following areas: route planning, billing, outsourcing. Below are a few highlights:<\/p>\n

With the AX standard Microsoft Word-integration, new Word files can be created dynamically by MS Word fields functionalities. In a first step, the integration of the transport order and all its fields has taken place.
\n<\/p>\n

The transport sections have even more information available so that a refined planning is possible. Original departure and final delivery point can now be filtered on each transport section. In this way, using a manual planning, the optimal sections can be summarized in a tour.<\/p>\n

The forms loading \/ unloading lists, driving reports and bills of lading have been extended. Confirmed quantities, which do not necessarily coincide with the order quantities are displayed on the various forms.<\/p>\n

The algorithm for allocating the tour cost to individual transport contracts has been expanded and can also be proportional to the newly planned quantities. The new cost splitting thereby enables a more accurate calculation of the profitability of individual transport orders.<\/p>\n
