Quality Manager / Process improvement Manager

Requirements/Skills/Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering (Computer Science or Software development)
  • Software development lifecycle experience
  • At least 5 years of experience on same or similar position
  • Methodic and result oriented at design of overall quality processes and support of root cause analysis, especially in retrogene and complex software development (ERP integrated, web- and mobile apps …)
  • Excels in communications with business stakeholders including customers and fellow employees
  • Hand on test management, technology, and methodology experience with test management tools
  • Experience in the world of ERP, mobile app, algorithm-based planning engines, web applications
  • Previous experience with automation and benchmark scripts and tests
  • Fluent English (verbal and written)

Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations Software developer 

Requirements/Skills/Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in software development with AX 2009, AX 2012 or Microsoft Dynamics 365 For Finance and Operations
  • Degree in Computer Science or another related field
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures and algorithms
  • Knowledge of relational databases concepts
  • Experience with D365FO integration with other applications and/or SSRS is a plus
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work well both in a team and individually
  • Strong focus on quality
  • Ability to analyze and implement business requirements
  • Full professional proficiency in English
