Quality Manager / Process improvement Manager

Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering (Computer Science or Software development)
Software development lifecycle experience
At least 5 years of experience on same or similar position
Methodic and result oriented at design of overall quality processes and support of root cause analysis, especially in retrogene and complex software development (ERP integrated, web- and mobile apps …)
Excels in communications with business stakeholders including customers and fellow employees
Hand on test management, technology, and methodology experience with test management tools
Experience in the world of ERP, mobile app, algorithm-based planning engines, web applications
Previous experience with automation and benchmark scripts and tests
Fluent English (verbal and written)

2+ years of experience in software development with AX 2009, AX 2012 or Microsoft Dynamics 365 For Finance and Operations
Degree in Computer Science or another related field
Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures and algorithms
Knowledge of relational databases concepts
Experience with D365FO integration with other applications and/or SSRS is a plus
Good communication skills
Ability to work well both in a team and individually
Strong focus on quality
Ability to analyze and implement business requirements
Full professional proficiency in English
